Sale and delivery
In the following you will find important information regarding the online booking trough our online booking service. You can read about how we treat your submitted information, how you will receive your bill and contract for your purchased product.
Payment
All prices displayed on the Løkken Klit Camping & Cottage Village website and the online booking system are in Danish Kroner (DKK) including VAT, as well as all charges unless something different is stated.
The payment can be made with the following credit cards: Dankort, VisaDankort, VISA, MasterCard, Diners and American Express. An extra fee will be charged when using foreign credit cards
General information about online shopping
You can feel safe when booking through our online booking system. As a consumer you are protected against fraud and abuse of your credit card on the internet, therefore there is no excess if an abuse of your credit card should happen. For further information www.betaling.dk and www.fdih.dk
Shipping and delivery
When booking and paying for a cottage, tent, pitch or caravan you will receive a contract from Løkken Klit Camping & Cottage Village where the accounting for you booking will be listed. The contract can be printed from the website and we also send you a copy by email, if you have submitted a correct email. Delivery of the ordered product starts when arriving at Løkken Klit Camping & Cottage Village at the arrival day (and ends at the day of checkout). Both of these dates are stated in the mentioned contract.
Cancellation and refund
You can cancel your booking the following ways:
- Cancelation up to 30 days before arrival will result in a refund of the whole amount deducted an administration fee of DKK 400,-. An administration fee of DKK 1000,- applies to bookings of rental caravans and cottages
- Cancelation between 30 – 7 days before arrival will result in a refund of 50% of the amount.
- Cancelation later than 7 days before arrival will result in no refund.
Paid booking deposits will not be refunded if guests fail to show up.
Recording of personal information
Løkken Klit Camping & Cottage Village will register your name, your address, your email address as well as further information supplied during the booking process in our customer database. The information will not be passed to third parties, but Løkken Klit Camping & Cottage Village saves the information for five years.
Løkken Klit Camping & Cottage Village is using server-side cookies and an encrypted internet connection for safe payment and data handling of your supplied information.
Complain processing
If you for whatever reason not have received a contract, which confirms your booking and neither have received an error message from the booking system then you can contact us by using the following information:

Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself or the product (the stay at Løkken Klit Camping & Cottage Village) has to filed within a reasonable time after you have discovered the problem/error or should have discovered it by normal review of the contract. One year after receipt of the product (the stay at Løkken Klit Camping & Cottage Village) ends the right for complains according to sales law § 83 paragraph 1, unless something different is agreed upon reservation.
When Løkken Klit Camping & Cottage Village receives you complaint, we will treat it as fast as possible. Løkken Klit Camping & Cottage Village will decide if the received product has to be refunded, exchanged or a discount will be given.
